Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will lead our business expansion in Vietnam.
• Become point of contacts with all insurers and brokers for lead generation;
• Formulate engagement plan to introduce DA services to corporate customers referred by insurers and brokers;
• Lead sales engagements across opportunities, building relationships and trust, fostering collaboration and customer experience;
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal close;
• Take ownership of all pitching materials;
• Liaise with regional office for cross-border referral of corporate clients;
• Become the voice of the customer internally, sensing customer needs and external market changes and communicating across the business;
• Build strong relationships cross functionally, work closely with the Customer Operations, Client Relations and wider Marketing teams;
• Ability to convey the value proposition of Doctor Anywhere, being able to demonstrate our technology live and via presentations.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of progressive Business Development experience in a fast-paced environment, with proven sales track record and stakeholder’s management experience;
• Ability to lead team and take revenue responsibility;
• Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts and exceeding sales target;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with anyone;
• A balance between a practical, hands-on mindset and operational skills with strategic ability, creative business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit;
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently;
• Passion and excitement to be part of a mission to transform the way global healthcare systems operate;
